Export Mailbox to PST
Instructions to Create PST from Exchange
- Login to the Exchange server
- Run ExMerge.exe. Microsoft Exchange Mailbox Merge Wizard will open
- Select Extract or Import (Two Step Procedure)
- Select Step 1: Extract data from an Exchange Server Mailbox
- Type the name of the Exchange server (if not there already) in Microsoft Exchange Server
- Find and Select the name of the user to extract
- Leave Default locale as English (US)
- Select the target Folder Name to store the .PST files
- Change File Names if desired
- Wait while the process is completed (time varies dependig on the PST)
