iCloud Photo Stream Stops Working

Problem
iCloud photo stream stops working from device to my Windows 7 PC. The stream works properly between my iPhone and my iPad.Solution
This worked for me:- sign out of iCloud control panel
- go to C:\Users\dave\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer
- delete the directory MediaStream if it exists; if it doesn't exist, create an empty directory by that name
- sign back into iCloud control panel.
