Problem
Doing a reboot from Windows, either manually or automatically triggered (by, say, updates) the computer hangs on the Dell logo before the windows-loading-spinner comes up.Powering off the computer and then starting it up works 95% of the time from this state.Installing, say Fedora… the computer reboots properly.Solution That Doesn't Work
In Power & Sleep Options, change from the "balanced" power plan to the "Performance" power plan.(Source)
