Linux Configuration for rsyslog central log host

CentOS 6 uses rsyslog 5.8.

Comments
- This is mostly stock (I believe) -- the magic for the /var/log/HOSTS stuff is at teh bottom, the DynFile and the template
- You might have to restorecon -Rv /etc/rsyslog.conf after putting a new version of the file in place. I did. The error was the monumentally unhelpful
