Problem
Customers can't reply to a ticket, they get a bounce.
Syslog records something like
2013-03-20T12:25:42.092427-04:00 rt.$MYZONE RT: Could not record email: Message not recorded: Permission Denied (/opt/rt4/share/html/REST/1.0/NoAuth/mail-gateway:75)
Solution
Check permissions on the queue that the message is in. In our case, the
Group Rights ->
Everyone was lacking both the
Create Tickets and
Reply To Tickets permission.
