Problem

I want to use my Windows DHCP server to provide PXE information for my Linux PXE environments.

Solution

You need to define two options set for your scope:

Option NumberNameValue
066Boot Server Host NameIP address of my TFTP/PXEserver
067Bootfile Namepxelinux.0

This is a collection of techical information, much of it learned the hard way. Consider it a lab book or a /info directory. I doubt much of it will be of use to anyone else.
