Instructions to Create PST from Exchange
Login to the Exchange server
Run ExMerge.exe. Microsoft Exchange Mailbox Merge Wizard will open
Select Extract or Import (Two Step Procedure)
Select Step 1: Extract data from an Exchange Server Mailbox
Type the name of the Exchange server (if not there already) in
Microsoft Exchange Server
Find and Select the name of the user to extract
Leave Default locale as English (US)
Select the target Folder Name to store the .PST files
Change File Names if desired
Wait while the process is completed (time varies dependig on the PST)
