Extract Data Using Access
To extract data from Exchange with Outlook.
- Launch Access 2007
- Select Blank Database
- Give it a name such as DataExport
- Click Create
- Select the External Data tab
- In the import box, select More and then Outlook
- Select Link the data, OK
- You’ll be prompted to select an Outlook profile (I used the one I was already logged into with Outlook so no credentials were requested)
- Select an Outlook folder
- Click next
- Finish
