Sanyo SCP-4000

My wife's phone, from around 2002 to present. She doesn't use it very much.

Things we don't like about the phone:

• the ringer is too quiet
• the screen is too small -- phone numbers cannot be viewd completely in the phonebook without scrolling
• the buttons are too stiff and too close together
• the four-way rocker is clumsy and frequently registers directional pushes other than what you intend
• the sound quality is fairly poor
• the phone does not hold a signal particularly well
