Mutt On Cygwin

Mutt is available in the Mail section of the cygwin installer. It does all the mutt tricks, like IMAP and IMAP-over-TLS.

You also need ssmtp for delivery.

This mutt accepts my .muttrc and files, but initially complains about an unbalanced parentheses. Everything so far appears to run properly with this error present.

To get mutt to use ssmtp for submission, add/change this value in your .muttrc:

set sendmail="/usr/sbin/ssmtp.exe -auUSERNAME -apPASSWORD"
...making the appropriate changes to USERNAME and PASSWORD. USERNAME can be an email address like
no comments | post comment
