priv set advanced

Enables a bunch of extra commands for more detailed examination/configuration/breakage of your filer.

Note that priv set advanced is advertised as mind-bogglingly dangerous and is therefore not to be used without the guidance of support. To wit:

filer> priv set advanced
Warning: These advanced commands are potentially dangerous; use
them only when directed to do so by NetApp
         personnel.
filer*>

Note the * in the prompt signifies the advanced mode.

To revert to non-advanced mode:

filer*> priv set
filer>

Cogito Ergo Disclaimo

I take no responsibility for anything that happens as a result of your entering advanced commands. If it breaks, you get to keep all the pieces. Verify anything you see here with your own googling and by consulting with NetApp directly.

This is a collection of techical information, much of it learned the hard way. Consider it a lab book or a /info directory. I doubt much of it will be of use to anyone else.
