Discussion
There are two possibilities here: either you have some corrupt sectors on your flash disk, or there is a problem with a different component.
The reason for the differentiation is that if it is the flash memory, you can do something about it. Otherwise, you are probably RMA'ing or hosed (and lets face it, if you had a valid support contract you'd already have contacted Juniper and RMA'd it.)
