Problem
I want to know what the invoking command line was for a running process but it is too long for a
ps -ef
output line.
Solution
$ /usr/ucb/ps -axwwwu | grep $PID
Works on Solaris 9.

This is a collection of techical information, much of it learned the hard way. Consider it a lab book or a /info directory. I doubt much of it will be of use to anyone else.
