My bug got fixed 
I submitted a bug regarding SnipSnap 0.5a's odd evaluation of '#' characters in code blocks. This week I got an email back saying it was fixed in the 0.5.2-alpha tree.No sign of the release yet, but they are progressing. Their releases are getting further separated, the last one was in January. And here we are in May.
