Enable Hyper-V Reporting In ManageEngine

Problem

The ManageEngine page includes spaces in the registry key names it wants you to create, however the spaces make the entry wrong when you copy/paste them.

Solution

When creating the registry keys under Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\eventlog, use this exact list:

  • Microsoft-Windows-Hyper-V-Config
  • Microsoft-Windows-Hyper-V-High-Availability
  • Microsoft-Windows-Hyper-V-Hypervisor
  • Microsoft-Windows-Hyper-V-Integration
  • Microsoft-Windows-Hyper-V-SynthFC
  • Microsoft-Windows-Hyper-V-SynthNic
  • Microsoft-Windows-Hyper-V-SynthStor
  • Microsoft-Windows-Hyper-V-VID
  • Microsoft-Windows-Hyper-V-VMMS
  • Microsoft-Windows-Hyper-V-VMMS-Admin
  • Microsoft-Windows-Hyper-V-Worker-Admin
